Mental Health Counselling
In person and online counselling based in Squamish, BC.
A collaborative approach to counselling and improving mental health, facilitated by genuine conversation and a safe non-judgmental environment.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the B.C. Association of Clinical Counsellors and hold a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
My counselling approach is eclectic, combining a variety of theoretical modalities to fit the client's needs. These modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
My areas of focus are working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, self-esteem, disordered eating, and mood regulation.
I also specialize in working with athletes. Whether you are a recreational sports enthusiast or a professional athlete, I help guide clients through issues such as performance anxiety, fear, establishing a healthy athletic identity, dealing with injury and establishing meaningful goals within your sport.
